Shipping & Returns

Unnurwear orders are filled as promptly as possible, and are normally shipped the next day.  Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. If a requested item is out of stock, please contact: sales@unnurwear.com and ask to be put on a waiting list for the product, and the estimated time it will take. Remember that all our products are handmade, therefore estimated time for each product might vary. 

Unnurwear uses UPS for all shipping, both domestically and internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping methods on domestic parcels are the following:

UPS Ground (5-7 business days)

UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days)

UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)

UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)


Sales tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to California residents, 8.25%

If your package is not delivered successfully on first attempt, UPS will attempt to deliver your package two more times - excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a failed third attempt, UPS will hold onto the package for 5 days before sending it back to the original sender. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may choose to have your purchase refunded. However, shipping charges are non-refundable. If we do not receive a response from you, we will restock the returned goods. Note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked. 

Returns or exchanges on full-priced merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Please contact returns@unnurwear.com for further instructions. 

All sale purchases are final sale - so please select your items carefully! Returns or exchanges on sale merchandise will not be accepted, no exceptions - period. Regular sales must include the original attached tag, original packaging, be free of stains, free of pet hair and any other damage - and the item must be in a sellable condition.  To receive a full refund on your item, it must be returned to Unnurwear within 14 days of receiving the product - no exceptions. Unfortunately, there are NO returns nor exchanges on items shipped outside of USA. Before sending a product back, contact returns@unnurwear.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). That number needs to be imprinted on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance. Unnurwear does not accept any returned packages without an RA#. The card used for the original purchase order will be credited within 2 weeks of Unnurwear receiving the returned goods. Shipping expenses will not be refunded. For exchanges please contact sales@unnurwear.com before shipping. 

When sending merchandise back to Unnurwear - please make sure to insure your package and to keep the tracking number. Unnurwear is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned to Unnurwear.
